    • Text Responses mentioned Pay/Career Status, the failing Uniform System, and disfunction with the grievance process as key issues that MUST BE ADDRESSED!

    • Full COLAs for all carriers not Diet COLAs

    • Strengthen protections against management abuse

    • Increased quality of service to the public
